Yesterday after hearing not so good news from the doctor regarding Josh (see his blog), I also found out that a dear friend of mine had passed suddenly.
I didn't have the opportunity to know her as well as others, but the time that I was able to spend getting to know her and her family was wonderful.
She had all boys, a seminary teacher that made going to seminary fun and not a chore especially when it started at 6:15 a.m. She was a legend up at Girls Camp. She was from my home town. She did hair and helped with numerous productions for my husbands plays.
Her home was known for game playing and keeping teenagers out of trouble.
Her testimony could be felt in her home and as she taught others through scriptures or by her example.
As she would say, "It just makes you want to go Hmmm"
