Canning

It's that time again.  We were blessed with being able to get some canning done this year.  I haven't done Peach jam since living in Colorado.  I now remember why I don't do it.  Somehow every time I attempt, it doesn't set up, yes, I'm doing the freezer easy recipe, but it just doesn't firm up.  The family is grateful and it taste good, so what's to complain about?
It has been a very long time since we did pickles.  Doug has been asking wanting them for years.  So we decided to plan our weekends out to put in both pickles and salsa.
I'm glad we did.
