This is Charlie and his Partner for "Ballroom" Gioia, getting ready to do the Tango. On Saturday they competed in Amateur and made it to the Quarter finals. We thought they were robbed and should have made it further, but there was one judge that just didn't like Charlie. I mean, really, who wouldn't like Charlie?
This is Charlie and his partner Katie. They compete in Smooth. On Saturday they were in the Pre-Champ competition and also made it to the Quarterfinals.
So as you can tell this past weekend was the BYU Dancesport. Charlie competed both Friday and Saturday in Pre-Champ Smooth, Pre-Champ Ballroom, Amateur Smooth and Amateur Ballroom.
In case you are wondering...it goes Novice, Pre-Champ, then Amateur being the highest in rankings of competition.
