Excitements of the Weekend.

To Friday Jacob and I headed to "bubble" town. aka...Provo to watch Charlie in his competition. It had originally started I think Thursday, but we couldn't make all 3 days.
We left pretty early and traffic wasn't to bad. We got into bubble town around 8ish. At one of the stop lights..."Single Lady" came on...I think that is what it's called...by Beyonce...awesome song to jam to in the car. So Jacob starts jiving as these UVU girls walk across. Of course they see Jacob and he just keeps dancing, so they join in as they walk across the street. Totally cool! Then we arrive at the Marriott Center for the excitement. We had awesome seats...we just had to walk down a butt load of stairs. We left for lunch and had more excitement. Charlie needed some black slacks for his Saturday competition, so we ate lunch at the mall and looked around. Didn't find anything, so we kept driving down to Ross with an Old Navy by it. My feet were killing (I somehow always wear heels to these events...not very smart) So as Charlie is heading towards Ross to find slacks, a car pulls right next to ours. No joke, less then a hand span apart in the back, that's how close they were. Of course, Jacob could get out on his side, but the side where the car was...I didn't want to move. I looked (us a wonderful look) at the passenger and the driver and heard the passenger say to the driver, "You parked pretty close to that car." The driver replied back, "Yah, I wasn't a friend." WHAT THE BUMP!
So, me being the kind person I am (you that know me....keep your comments to yourself!) Decided I needed to park away from this person's car, so neither cars would get damaged. So I asked Jacob to get out and make sure as I was very carefully pulling away to gage how much room I had. So I adjusted my parking, making both cars far enough apart where nothing would get scratched or dinged. GOLD STAR!
I then proceeded to write a note that said, "If your not going to be nice, then learn how to drive!" and placed it under her windshield wiper. Jacob was afraid they might do something to the car, so I took a picture of the license plate...just in case. Holy cow...all for a pair of flip-flops.
We went back to the competition where some people were in our seats. Mind you we had really good seats! Let's call them the "Russians"...so I simply said, "Um, I think you are seating in my seats." I let them look at the ticket, they then used their language and I'm sure said wonderful things about us...and moved. They then told Charlie, who had a seat behind us which meant they had to be separated (it was a huge family) that nobody every checks where people are seating. My reply...Honey, if I paid for good seats, then I'm gonna sit in them!
It was fun screaming numbers out for those couples that we amazing. Seeing famous dance couples perform...seeing group numbers that were amazing.
My next goal....get Bryant and Jacob signed up for Ballroom!
ASAP
