Celebrations

Okay...so this is what Doug ordered...I don't know the names...but it's the apple pie parfait with Pralines and Cream for the Ice-Cream...he loved it!

This was mine. I had a chocolate and peanut butter sunday with chocolate peanut butter ice-cream...ohh...and hot fudge and hot peanut butter drizzled (spilled) over it...YUM!

This was Jacob's...we took him out for his essay...it's a brownie sunday...very little mess...

You couldn't tell that by the way he acted!

We decided it would be nice for Doug and I to treat Jacob out for his essay. What better place, then Leatherby's (or however you spell it). I was preparing mentally for this since the first time. So I knew about the messy sundays and was ready...Jacob however...oh my heavens...His came out and do you notice his pretty clean plate...ya...that would be his reaction above. He didn't know where to start. Doug and I had been here before and knew what to do. Yes, I had my napkins right there...tons of them. But Jacob...oh my....by the end, both Doug and I were trying to get his plate as messy as ours...

It was a good outing...even though Jacob said that wasn't the best ice-cream he'd tasted. The parents STRONGLY disagree!
