It's funny....when you get married and have that first blessed little child,
the whole world is wonderful.
Life is good...
Nothing can go wrong...
Life is a bowl of cherries...

And then...you are blessed with a child that might not be perfect..
I know...
who would of thought of not having a perfect child?
I know I thought all of mine were perfect...
NOT~
Professionals tell you one thing and you're scared to think of the future with this child...
I think that is where the mamma bear comes into action.
I wasn't happy with some of the doctors that treated/saw Josh..
So with my eternal companion by my side...we fought for Josh
with everything we were able to fight with.
You know....
Prayer, Scripture Study, Church, Temple, and the most important tool...
Saying the words, "I love you."
We sacrificed alot of time and energy...but it's worth it!
Even in the darkest moments of his anger, when my body was aching at what had just occurred..
I never once forgot to remind him that I loved him and so did his Heavenly Father.
Even when he had reached the age of 8..
knowing that he couldn't get baptized wasn't an easy concept to accept.
But when you read in Moroni 8 (aka Josh's chapter), I began to understand with the help of my parents what the atonement really meant and the sacrifice our Savior made of these little children.
Did you know they are perfect in the sight of God? (That meant, I was given a perfect son)
So now I have to think, the decisions and actions with Josh that we make as parents here on earth, we will be held accountable for them in heaven..
YIKES~
So...for now...I will admit...
My family is applesauce!
Especially with lumps all throughout it!
And that's okay.
Each member knows (at least I hope) that they are loved..
No Matter WHAT!
