This week has not been fun.
Frustrating
Upsetting
all those -ing type of words.
But....last night
my dear sweet husband took me out for a late night dinner.
He knew I needed some time out of the house, where I have been for the last 3 days
with a very "grouchy" son who doesn't feel good.
He looked me in the eyes and said, "Do you know what I think is wonderful about this whole situation we are in..."
WHAT? How can there be anything positive?
Then he gentle reminded me, that our whole family is here for Christmas
(with just a bump or two)
Josh isn't so sick that he is in the hospital
We have employment
A home (even with it's little problems)
Boys that are strong in the church
and
A marriage that has lasted through it all and still going strong.
He then leans over the table and gives me a kiss.
Yup, I'm the winner!
