Salsa Makin


With the schools out for UEA (don't ask me what that means...)Doug and the boys were home...so what better time then to make salsa. It's been 2 years since we've made it and we were literally down to our last bottle. We did find an alternate salsa to make (thanks Dena/Jenny) in case we run out called...BAM salsa...

This salsa usually takes at least 4 hours to chop, slice and dice all the ingredients...then you cook it until the peppers aren't crunchy. We ended up making 24 quarts, giving some away (cause I didn't have enough jars...left them in GJ) and having some to eat in the frig...yummy...The weather was perfect!
