One of Many
I thought my first YW activity went pretty well. I even had my first presidency meeting and I'm excited to have my new counselor's bring their ideas to this fresh new start. We had I think about 15 girls and they all climed in about 4 cars/trucks and we went around to the ward neighborhood and picked up bags that were set outside marked for DI and then dropped them off at DI. Then back for brownies...YUM.....I was happy to find out some of their interests and I'm hoping to find out more about each of them. I know, 30 girls...impossible...but it's not by just carring on a conversation with them. Some might be more scarey then others....but I can do it! (I keep saying this to myself)....Next is New Beginnings....any ideas?

Pam, After I had already been primary chorister for a couple of years someone told me about a Yahoo group for primary choristers. I love it. It has changed the way I serve for the better. I get SO many GREAT ideas. Have you found something like that?
That is so exciting--being YW President again! I have a great website www.theideadoor.com--it is done by a lady in our ward--it had great ideas in all areas. Good Luck!
Jaide and Kayla are making a movie about the YW and Personal Progress program, it will be a value project for them and looks fun! I think the programs are my most difficult part of being a YW Pres.
Glad to hear that the first one is done, and went well! I'll keep my eyes and ears open for ideas for you!
Hey....my boy is going to Milan tomorrow morning. Hopefully he'll get to meet your son. I am also the YW Pres. in my ward. We have a few things in common don't we? Ü
