Trip to AZ

Well, Dad and I decided to take a trip to AZ right after he was done with school.  Since it was the two of us, packing was very easy, buying snacks on the other hand wasn't as easy.  What I thought he might like, he didn't and what he liked I didn't. We ended up buying a mixture that would be fun for both of us.  On the way down to the hot land, we decided that any time we wanted to stop at those little side scenic route we would.  Because of our dynamics with the boys, we rarely stopped "to smell the roses" ...well...we did which made for a long but fun trip home.

This was the start of a huge storm rolling in.  Thankfully we didn't get caught in the flash floods that occurred after we went through

This was one of those "stop to smell the roses" place

The joys of going over the Dam.  We caught a glimpse of this side waterfall going into the Dam water.

Here's the Dam, with the Dam cars, the Dam people...you get the idea.

By the time we hit the Grand Canyons, the puppies were ready to get out of their kennels and enjoy the fresh air.  We were looking for the glass look out, but unfortunately it's located in Vegas.  UGH!!!
