It was a full weekend here at the Roberts' Home.
Besides Jacob's dance, we also had the annual dancesport down in Provo.
Grammy came up to enjoy the weather and the dancing. Our seats were really close to the judges...in fact I could touch the red carpet. This was the first time we had table seats, it was great...except when the awards were handed out :)

Charlie danced with Emily in the 484 Gold Bar Waltz and got 8th
Then a lot of the ballroom couple for fun competed in West Coast. It was so much fun to watch. Charlie and Emily got 5th and with only 1 or 2 practices.
Charlie also competed in 484 Gold Bar Latin (cha-cha) where he and another partner got 2nd place.

He competed in Pre-Champ Ballroom and got 3rd place
Charlie also competed in Amateur Ballroom where he made it to the semi's and later found out was tied for 7th. Not too bad.
But the long awaited goal of winning Amateur Smooth finally happened. It was amazing.

Now he gets to relax a little for the holidays.
Then onto Nationals in March!!
