Thanksgiving...a little late

Traditions start off with watching the Macey's Day parade. While others played in the annual Turkey bowl

For lunch we have a meat platter, a couple of cheese balls (Bry's favorite) some Vegies...just enough to fill the tummy while the turkey dinner is cooking.

Ahh - Charlie cooking his green bean casserole with bacon...only way to go.

Ahhh - Bry fixing up the yams for candied yam casserole

Ahhh - Doug carving the turkey, which I must say was amazing!

Ahh? Jacob mashing the famous potatoes.

Our Thanksgiving spread.

Thanksgiving had emotions all over the place.  We were grateful to have Grammy and Grampy here to share this holiday with us.  It was the first time we have had family for a holiday.  Awesome. Josh even ate the wonderful noodle gravy (it's in the crock pot) that Grampy made.  Yes, there were pies. Charlie made a banana, I made 2 pumpkin and 2 pecan pies.
It was a wonderful day.
