This picture says a thousand words...Let's just say, Bryant feels the need to go to the hospital around the time Joshua does. I know, it's brotherly love.
What happened?
Bry and Jacob had YM's. hahah! No, they played flag football with the leaders and Bry just did one to many flips to try and score or get a way from them. That wasn't the worse, Bry's foot slid and hit one of the leaders and he had a good shiner for a while.
It was funny, Bry and Jacob both came home from the activity telling how much fun they had and all the "cool" plays they did or were involved in. Bry said his head hurt, so we kept him up a little longer to make sure nothing more serious was going on, gave him some Ibeprophen and sent him to bed. The next morning when we were having family prayers, I asked how he was doing and he said he was a little dizzy. Doug followed him to school to make sure they both made it safely.
Well, I get a phone call/text from Jacob saying to come get Bryant. Why? Because he didn't know his class schedule or where they were located. Remember Bryant is a senior and knows the building pretty well. So I get Josh dressed and I take Bryant out of school. After dropping of Josh, I then proceed to our favorite of all favorite places...the ER.
Thus, the picture...Bryant thought the blanket was his pants! He also couldn't remember a bunch of "very" important items...
They did a CT scan and it was all normal, just a good ole' concussion.
I would say it took a good weekish for Bry to come out of it and back to normal...he does still get headaches often.
Boys will be boys!
