Happy Birthday - Grammy/Mom

This is my home away from home. Where memories started my Junior year in high school and where my beautiful mother lives.

My mother is VERY talented...she taught each of my sisters and I how to play the piano (shh, don't tell anyone that I might know something about that instrument!)
That's what we knew growing up and hearing my mother play for church or play the Messiah on the organ...or accompany many individuals or play at a variety of events. She is one talented person...is all I can say.

This is my mom (oldest sister with her...due to not having any pictures...hint, hint! I need the one of her and Dad!)
It's her birthday today and she turns....?.....I know how old she turns...but that doesn't matter.
This lady is my guide and my strength when no one else can be. She's one of my best friends. She's been in many callings and sacrifices her time and talent to others. She makes a special effort to see the grandchildren in all their activities...if possible. My mom makes sure the birthdays, holidays and especially Sunday dinners are a welcome place for family members to gather. She taught me the importance of having a relationship with my Heavenly Father and staying close to him when times were difficult. She taught me the importance of a temple marriage and to return to the temple to find peace. My mother taught me to hang tough...that you have to get up in the morning,
and that I am loved.
Mom, I hope you have a fantastic day...Know that we miss and love you!
HaPpY bIrThDaY!
