Easter (without the outfits)

This is what we woke up to on Easter Sunday...I would have to say it was the first time I've seen snow on the ground on Easter. Probably won't be the last either!

We enjoyed having the whole family around for Easter weekend. Especially since it was also General Conference.

After watching conference, getting some much needed nap time, eating a feast of a meal...we did our annual easter egg hunt.
Do you see Josh smiling? YAH!

Easter was a wonderful day all around. Spiritually lifted by wonderful leaders of the church, having the whole family there to laugh and give lots of lovin to. We started the day with a cinnamon cake type of gooey goodness. Then on to conference, some lunch, more conference, some nap time, then a turkey dinner...yummy.
Doug then helps fills the eggs with candy. Each boy gets a color which amounted to 7 eggs each. He then goes out in the front (thankfully the snow melted) and hides the eggs. Josh's are the easiest to find, Jacob's are just a tad harder, then Bry's and Charlie's are ones that need some finding. Josh of course runs to get all his eggs, Jacob won by finding his first. Charlie had only found 3 when Jacob found all 7. Josh usually finds some of Bry's and Charlie's so he have to redirect him so he won't spoil the location. Charlie found his...but Bry...yah, he just wasn't finding them...kinda funny though...
We all had good laughs and yummy treats. Then Doug took Charlie back for his final weeks of this semester at BYU.

Haahhhaaa. yes, he finally found the egg!

That is hilarious that it was Bry that couldn't find his eggs! I think their eyes wer better when they were little guys.
