What the heck? How do you fix this?

The whole length of the wall!
It's even cracking the tile!I love our new house.....but, and there is always a butt! While living in this bigger house for less then 3 months, we have noticed that our basement bathroom tile was splitting from the wall. HMMMMM, it was to be completed in our contract and we have a home warrenty...Do you think it covers it...I haven't any idea...Now, the tile has cracked up the wall and neither Doug nor I know what to do...any advice or ideas....here are some pictures!

I would call the home warranty company...do you have it written down anywhere else that it was to be fixed? We sure miss you!
yes, we have it in our closing papers. I've already emailed our former realtor to find out about the home warrenty company! GRRR...
Call, Call, Call! It is too easy to ignore an email.
Make SURE they know you have a problem and make Sure they know you aren't going away!

I love your blog! I love your pictures! If you need someone to fix a tile job, Kelly Walker (in the ward) knows a LOT about tile, and would be happy to give you an estimate and bill whomever. It depends on how the warranty company wants to handle it.
