The End is Offical

Today Doug turned in his resignation to District #51 and the administration at CHS. A big relief!.... We will be able to attend the temple when time of comfort is needed. I think a big plus to moving to Utah is that they have a bigger program and more resources for children with disabilities. And......they even have mutal for them. Who would of thought to include them in activities? hahah...hope that doesn't sound bitter...j/k! I know some wards here have a variety of "special spirits" and know how to handle them. But there a few wards that when it comes to something foreign to the members, they either...ignore, are scared of them, talk to them without the understanding that the child/teen might not understand them, or say things to other members that might be hurtful and when it gets back to the parents of these special individuals, it hurts. Josh really isn't a scarey person....just sometimes the gentle giant awakes and is VERY grumpy!...but who isn't! Doug is a new person ever since he accepted this job in Utah. He's HAPPY. Change is good!

Our ward spends time with the special need mutal, let me know if you want to talk with some of the leaders in our ward called to work with them. Also if you want any information for contacts and services, my neighbor has that information for her daughter. So, glad to here that Doug's excited.
